This Privacy Policy describes how Niblick & Co. LLC ("Niblick & Co.," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through the Mashy mobile web application and website (the "Service"). Mashy is an AI golf coaching app that analyzes swings, tracks rounds and progress, and connects golfers through groups, challenges, and fantasy play.

We use your information to provide and personalize the Service — for example, to generate swing analysis and lesson plans, track your progress, find nearby courses, power groups and fantasy leagues, process payments, send you notifications you request (such as player alerts and daily nudges), secure and troubleshoot the Service, and improve our models and features. We do not sell your personal information.

Swing videos are processed by automated models to produce coaching feedback. We retain submitted videos only as long as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, to show past sessions in your progress timeline). You can delete a swing — and its video and analysis — at any time from within the app.

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service: with service providers (hosting, AI inference, payments, course data, and push-notification delivery) under appropriate confidentiality terms; when you choose to share within a group or invite others; to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Subprocessors are engaged only to operate the Service and are bound by confidentiality.

You can access, update, or delete your account and much of your data from within the app. You can manage notification preferences, revoke group memberships, and delete individual swings, rounds, or messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights such as requesting a copy of your data or restricting processing; contact us to exercise them.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, certain financial or tax records tied to billing).

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mashy is operated from the United States by Niblick & Co. LLC. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries, where data-protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you within the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
